Here is the cookie and cream recipe filling that I use in all my desserts. It is perfect for your cakes, cupcakes, macarons, mini tarts and much more.

Cookie and cream recipe
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup or more oreo cookies crushed
- Beat the butter until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the icing sugar.
- Add vanilla extract
- Add 1 tbsp sppon at the time of heavy cream
- Add 1 cup or more of crushed oreos
- Beat until all ismixed
