Candied lemon recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- sliced lemons
- parchment paper
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan bring to boil water and sugar
- Place the lemon slices in the boiling water
- Lower heat to medium low
- Cook 1 hour. Turn slices over once in a while
- Transfer your lemon slices onto your parchment paper
- Let them dry.
