Candied lemon recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • sliced lemons
  • parchment paper
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan bring to boil water and sugar
  2. Place the lemon slices in the boiling water 
  3. Lower heat to medium low
  4. Cook 1 hour. Turn slices over once in a while
  5. Transfer your lemon slices onto your parchment paper
  6. Let them dry.
