This cinnamon cake is so delicious and easy to make, it is basically a deconstructed cinnamon roll in a cake. OMG! so so so good! It is perfect to have with coffee or milk. The cake itself is so fluffy and moist and with the cinnamon mixture topped with the icing it is just devine and full of flavours.

INGREDIENTS:
Cake
2 eggs room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups milk
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cinnamon filling
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
3/4 unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
3/4 unsalted butter, room temperature
Glaze
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Heat oven at 350' F. Grease a 9X13 baking pan. ( I grease my pans with butter using paper towel. Make sure to do the sides as well)
Step 2
Cake
Using an electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar together until fluppy. Add vanilla extract.
Step 3
Step 4
Transfer your cake mixture into your greased pan.
Step 6
Cinnamon filling
Ramdomly place your filling onto your batter. Using any kitchen tool (fork, knife) create swirls all around the cake making sure to mix both cake and cinnamon mixture. Don't over mix.
Step 8
Bake 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
