Tiramisu recipe, Tiramisu, the best Tiramisu recipe

Hi guys,
it's valentine day and here is the perfect recipe. Here is my little twist on the famous Tiramisu dessert.

Ingredients
2 cups cold espresso
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Amarula
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
450g mascarpone cheese
3/4 cup whipping cream
lady fingers
cocoa powder for dusting

Step1
Mix espresso, granulated sugar and Amarula until well combine and set aside.
 Step2
On a double boiler, whisk the eggs with sugar until thick.
 Step3 
Transfer your whipped eggs to your electric mixer. Beat in the mascarpone cheese until well combine.  
Step4 
In a medium size bowl, whip your cream until stiff peaks form
Step 5 
Gently fold the whipped cream into your mascarpone
  Step 6 
Dip your lady fingers into your coffee mixture. ( do not soak them) Place each lady fingers at the bottom of your dish .
Step 7 
Cover them with half of your cream.
Step 8 
Place lady fingers on top and cover them with the other half of the cream.
 Step 9
Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. (for a better taste refrigerate over night)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • lady fingers
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Mix espresso, sugar and Amarula until well combine and set aside to cool completely.
  2. On a double boiler, whisk the eggs with sugar until thick.
  3. Transfer your whipped eggs to your electric mixer. Beat in the mascarpone cheese until well combine.
  4. In a medium size bowl, whip your cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into your mascarpone.
  6. Dip your lady fingers into your coffee mixture. ( do not soak them) Place your lady fingers covering the bottom of your dish.
  7. Cover them with half of your cream.
  8. Place lady fingers on top and cover them with the other half of the cream.
  9. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. (for a better taste refrigerate over night)
