hope you had a great week! :) Valentines day is approaching quickly and I taught, that in this weeks recipe I'll show you how to make a Chocolate Baileys mousse. This recipe is sooooo easy to make and yummy. If you don't want alcohol, simply skip the last step.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup boiling water
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 ½ cup whipping cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Baileys irish cream
Step 1
Sprinkle gelatin over your boiling water and let it set for 1 minute. Stir until it's completely dissolved. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 2
Beat the cream until stiff peaks form using your electric mixer with the whisk attachment.
Step 3
Gradually add your cocoa, sugar and vanilla.
Step 4
Gradually add the Baileys and gelatin. Whisk until it becomes soft peaks.
Step 5
Transfer mousse into a piping bag and fill up your dishes. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
