hope you had an amazing week. In this weeks dessert recipe, I'm going to show you how to make a delicious, yummy, tasty, so so so good key lime pie. OMG! if you like refreshing desserts, this is it for you. What i like about this recipe, is that you can make it for individual mini pies or 1 large pie. I hope you enjoy!

Pie crust
7 tbsp. butter, unsalted room temperature
2 cups graham cracker, (crumbs)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Pie filling:
3 egg yolks
1 ½ tbsp. lime zest
1 can sweetened and condensed milk
3/4 cup key lime juice (squeezed)
1 cup heavy cream (cold)
1 ½ tbsp. granulated sugar 
Step 1
Heat oven at 350' F 
Step 2 
Using a food processor crumble the graham cookies.
Step 3
 Add your cold butter and continu pulsing until texture resembles like wet sand. 
Step 4
 Press the dough into your pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until it becomes lightly golden. Remove from the oven, and let it cool completely.
Step 4
Whisk your eggs with your lime juice. using your electric mixer and your whisk attachment, until the eggs become light in color and thicken.
Step 5
Gradually add condensed milk and continu whisk until thicken.
Step 6
 Gradually add the lime juice and continu whisk until well combined.
Step 7
Pour mixture into, either your large crust or divide into your mini pie crust. Bake 15 minutes. Allow to cool at room temperature then refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Step 8
Gently lift the bottom of your pan and remove the pie carefully. 
Step 9
Whipped cream frosting
Using your electric mixer, whip heavy cream. Add your sugar gradually until stiff peaks forms and vanilla.
Pipe whipped cream on top of your pie.
