hope you had a great week! In this weeks dessert, it's all about ripe bananas. You bought bananas and didn't have time to eat them! Well, instead of getting rid of them, here is an amazing banana muffin recipe topped with a walnut crumble. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 bananas ripe and mashed
1 egg beaten
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
1tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1tsp baking powder1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Topping
1/4 cup all- purpose flour
6 tsp brown sugar packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, unsalted
Instructions:
Step 1
Heat oven at 350' F

Step 2
Using a fork mash 3 bananas
Step 3
In a medium size bowl, combine your egg, sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 4
In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Fold in flour mixture and mix until just combined. (do not over mix)
Step 6
Add walnuts and spoon into cupcake liners.
Step 7
Topping
In a medium size bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon and butter .
Step 8
Mix until crumbly.
Step 9
Sprinkle evenly over muffins. Bake for 18-22 until golden brown. Let it cool in the cupcake pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
