hope you had a great week! In this weeks dessert, I will show you a very popular recipe in my house. When i make this dessert it doesn't last more then 1 day. This is such an easy recipe to make but OMG so so so good. If you are a chocolate lover, this is definitely for you. Hope you enjoy has much as my families does!

Ingredients:
Dulce de leche filling
1/2 can dulce de leche (condensed milk)
100ml Heavy cream
300 ml Milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
Chocolate filling
1/2 can dulce de leche (condensed milk)
100ml heavy cream
300 ml milk
2 tbs cornstarch
100g chocolate
1 box of tea biscuits
1 1/2 cup of milk
Ganache
125g chocolate
200ml heavy cream
Step 1
Dulce de leche filling
In a medium size saucepan, combine heavy cream, dulce de leche, cornstarch and milk. Stir continuously on medium heat until it becomes like a pudding texture. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Chocolate filling

In a medium size saucepan, combine heavy cream, dulce de leche, cornstarch, milk and chocolate. Stir continuously on medium heat until it becomes like a pudding texture. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Dip 1 tea biscuit at the time into your milk and fill up the bottom of a square dish or cake pan.
Step 4
Pour 1/2 of your dulce de leche filling over your tea biscuits covering them.
Step 5
Dip 1 tea biscuit at the time into your milk. Place each cookies on top covering the filling
Step 6
Pour 1/2 of your chocolate filling over your tea biscuits covering them.
Step 7
Dip 1 tea biscuit at the time into your milk. Place each cookies on top covering the chocolate filling
Step 8
Repeat same steps and finish with chocolate filling
Step 9
Chocolate ganache
On a medium size sauce pan heat you heavy cream and chocolate together. Constantly stir and bring to a boil until the chocolate has melted and the liquid has thickened a bit.
Step 10
Pour on top of you chocolate filling covering the entire surface
Step 11
Sprinkle crushed tea biscuits on top and refrigerate for 4 hours.
