Oreo ice cream mini cake recipe
Hi guys,
hope you had a great week. In this weeks recipe, I'm going to show you how to make an Oreo ice cream mini cake. They are easy to make and truly look like a pastry chef made them. Follow my simple steps and make these show stoppers. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
6 mini Oreo cookies

12 full size Oreo cookies crushed (no cream)
2 tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
Whipped cream Frosting1 cup 35% whip cream (cold)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. clear vanilla extract
Step 1 
Separate the cookies and remove the Oreo cream.
  Step 2
Using a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies.
Step 3 
Combine butter and crushed cookies and mix until well combined.
 Step 4
Divide the crust into the bottom of the cavities and press firmly with a spoon.
 Step 5
Using your electric mixer, beat the ice cream just so it softens and becomes easy to manage. (you don't want it to be liquidly, you want it creamy.)
Add the crushed Oreo's mix until just combined.

  Step 6
Fill up the silicone mold with the softened ice cream. Chill for 6 hours or over night. (Silicone round cup mold:https://amzn.to/2sEW0tf)
  Step 7
Whipped cream frosting
Using your electric mixer and your whisk attachment, whip heavy cream. Add your sugar gradually until stiff peaks forms. Add vanilla extract.
  Step 8

 Remove mini cakes from the molds. Place your cake onto a plate, top with whipped cream and a cookie.
