Ice cream Sundae Brownie cups recipe

Hi guys,
hope you had a great week! :) In this weeks recipe, I'm going to show you how to make ice cream Sundae Brownie cups OH yeah, I went there. This is soooooooooooo good and easy to make. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Hersheys chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup Hersheys chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup FRY'S cocoa powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • cooking spray
  • Ice cream of your choice
Step 1
 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
 Step 2
 Using your electrical mixer, beat your melted butter and sugar until fluffy. 
 Step 3
Add your eggs one at the time and mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Add the vanilla extract.
 Step 4
Add your melted chocolate and mix until well combined 
Step 5
In a separate bowl, Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and salt. Gradually add your flour ingredients to your liquid, mix until well combined.  
Step 6
Fold in the chocolate chips. 
Step 7
Spray a cupcake pan with vegetable oil. Fill up the cavities with your brownie batter.
Step 8
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
 Step 9
Once baked, immediately place a second cupcake pan on top of the first one and leave it until the brownies are completely cooled.
 Step 10
Gently remove the brownies from the cupcake pan. Fill them with ice cream and drizzle with dulce de leche.

KitchenAid mixer:
Ice cream scoop:
