Hi guys, in this weeks recipe I wanted to share with you one of my favorite cinnamon buns recipe. They are so easy to make and delicioussssss. Simply follow my step by step instructions and make these delights.  Hope you will enjoy them as much as we do.

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package of active dry yeast
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter( room temperature)
2/. cup brown sugar
1tbs ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp. melted butter (to golden them while baking)
Vanilla glaze
1½ cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

2-3 tbsp. milk (depending on the thickness desire)
Step 1 
Heat your water and milk in the microwave.(don't make it to hot or else the yeast wont activate). Add 1 tbsp. of sugar to your milk and the yeast package. Mix until well combined. Set aside until it activates. You will notice that it will start to get foamy and brown.
 Step 2
Once the yeast is foamy, add your melted butter, (make sure it is not to hot) and the rest of your sugar and mix until well combined.
 Step 3 
Add your egg and mix until well combined 
 Step 4
Transfer your mixture to an electric mixer with a dough attachment and add your flour and salt gradually. If you don't have such machine, no worries simply add your flour gradually into your liquid and mix by hand with a wooden spoon.
 Step 5 
Continu mixing until it becomes a ball of dough and can not be mixed with the machine or by hand anymore.
Step 6
Transfer your dough to your counter sprinkled with flour and knead it until it is nice and smooth (about 6-8 minutes)
 Step 7
Spray a large bowl with vegetable oil and roll your ball dough in the oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside until the dough doubles in size for about 1 hour.
Step 8
Cover your working area with a little bit of flour and roll your dough into a rectangular shape.
 Step 9 
Making the filling
Spread the butter evenly on top of your entire dough with a cooking brush.
 Step 10
In a medium size bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle on top of your buttered dough making sure that the entire surface is covered.
 Step 11
Roll your dough into a log and cut to equal pieces.
 Step 12
Transfert the rolls onto a baking dish. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rise for about 20 minutes.

Step 13
Preheat the oven at 375' F
Step 14
Brush 2 tbsps. of melted butter on top of each roll. (this will make them golden). Bake them for 15-20 minutes until they are golden. 
 Step 15
Vanilla glaze

In a medium size bowl combine, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and milk. Mix until no more lumps. Drizzle on top of each roll.
