Step 1
Melt dark or white chocolate in a microwavable container. Melt 30 seconds at the time in the microwave, stirring between each interval.
Step 2
Fill the cavities of a heart silicone mold. Don't fill them up completely to the top, you just want the sides to be covered in chocolate. You may use a small spoon to cover the inside of your mold.
Step 3
Use a cake spatula to clean the edges. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or until your chocolate has harden.
Step 4
Fill up each cavities about 3/4 of the way with Dulce de leche.
Step 6
Fill the entire cavities with melted chocolates. I piped my melted chocolate so that it has a clean edge and then gently tapped the silicone mold on to my counter so that everything is leveled.
Step 7
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and gently remove the chocolates.
ENJOY!
