Valentine is just around the corner and this is the perfect dessert to make for your loved one. The molten lava cake with melted chocolate and dulce the leche, yummmmmy. It's sexy, delicious and easy to make. Simply follow my steps and learn how to make this delight.

1 pkg 225g Baker's melted chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
2/3 cup of dulce de leche
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1/4 cup all purpose flour
additional butter to line ramekins
additional flour to line ramekins
Step 1
Heat oven at 425' F
Step 2
Using your electric mixture mix your egg yolks and whole eggs until well combined.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, melt your chocolate using the microwave and transfert it to your melted butter. Mix until all is well combined.
Step 4
Add your Dulce de Leche to your chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Add 1/2 of your flour, mix and then add the other half. Mix until just combined.
Step 6
Grease your ramekins with unsalted butter and sprinkle four. Pour your batter in your ramekins or your soufflé dish and bake 12-14 minutes.
Step 7
The cake should jiggle in the middle. The longer you let it bake the less molten the center will be. Run a knife on the edges and reverse your cake on to a plate. (make sure to have your oven gloves so you don't burn yourself) Remove your ramekin gently. Serve as it is OR top it with ice cream.
