hope you had a great week! Let's continu with another great chocolate recipe perfect for valentines coming up. So, here it is, my best chocolate mousse tart recipe. OMG! this is just devine, rich in flavor, yummy, just so good. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients:
2 cups whipping cream
3 tbsp cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hershey's chipits, melted
275g mascarpone
30 mini tarts
Step 1
 Beat the cream until stiff peaks form using your electric mixer with the whisk attachment.
 Step 2  
Gradually add your cocoa and vanilla. 
   Step 3
Gradually add your melted chocolate and mascarpone. Continu whisking until it becomes soft peaks.

Step 4
Preheat the oven at 350' F 
 Bake accordingly to package.
Step 5
Let them cool for a few minutes. Remove each tart from aluminium foil. Place them on a cooling rack. Fill them up with your chocolate mousse.
Step 6
Top with raspberries and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
