How to make crème brulée

This delightful dessert will make you look like a chef. It may look difficult but it isn't. Just follow my steps and enjoy.

2 1/4 cups 35 % cream
1 vanilla bean
5 egg yolks
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. of sugar/ramekin
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325'F 

Step 2
Heat cream with vanilla beans and seeds. (Cut the vanilla bean in the middle and scrape out the vanilla seeds. Transfer both vanilla bean and seeds into the cream). Do not bring to a boil.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together, until sugar dissolves.

 Step 4
Pour mixture over the hot cream and mixt well.

Step 5
Take out both vanilla beans pieces from mixture. (scrape out, one more time the rest of the vanilla seeds and add it to your mixture)
Step 6
Pour your mixture into your ramekin dishes.

Step 7
Transfer your ramekins into a water bath. (How to make a water bath: place your dishes in a Pyrex dish and pour 3/4 of boiling water. Bake for 45 minutes and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Step 8
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of granulated sugar per ramekin

Step 9
Using a torch, caramelize the sugar.
