Hope you had an amazing Christmas! Who said the holidays where over? Here is a great recipe to make with your kids. These cookies are simply devine, they are soft and full of flavor. Create memories with your kids so they can in return do the same with their own!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup molasses
          Step 1  
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and line a cookie tray with parchment paper.         
In a medium size bowl, sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, salt, baking soda.
   Step 2
Using an electric mixer, beat together melted butter and brown sugar until creamy on medium speed for about 2 minutes.  
 Step 3
Add the egg at the molasses. Continu beating until well combined.
  Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixture. If you notice that it is still to sticky add more flour. (a small amount at the time)
Step 5
Divide your dough in 3 equal parts. Wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
Step 6
Dust your counter with flour and roll your dough. Cut your dough using a small cookie cutter of your choice, then center a larger one. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Step 7  
Transfer your cookies onto a cooling rack. Decorate how you please!
