These cute baby face cupcake toppers are so easy to make. Not only they are perfect for a boy or girl shower party but they can also be given away as favors. They can be made in advance with fondant or modeling chocolate. (follow the links below for my marshmallow fondant recipe or the modeling chocolate recipe) Hope you enjoy this easy project as much as a enjoyed making them.

Making the face
Cut out beige fondant, using a round cookie cutter to create the face. (your cutter should be the same size as your cupcake)
Making the nose
Using the same color fondant, roll out a small piece to create the nose. Then, glue it in the middle of your face, using a clean brush and a small amount of water. (water and fondant will create glue).
Making the ears
Using the same color fondant as the face, roll out two small pièces. Then, create a crease in the middle of each pièces with the back of your brush. Glue your ears on each sides of the face with a small amount of water. ( use the nose as a guide line)
Making the pacifer
Using blue fondant, follow the steps as shown on pictures. Also, create the eyes with black fondant and glue it with a small amount of water.
Making the hair
Using Brown fondant create this shape. Then, glue it to your peace using a small amount of water or edible glue.
Brush red edible luster on the cheeks with a clean dry brush.
